Slow on Blogging!

A few weeks ago, I volunteered to take photos during the Greater Baltimore's Junior Miss Scholarship Program. I was a contestant back in high school, and the winner from the previous year, Elizabeth, asked me if I would be interested in photographing the event, and of course I said yes!
The girls were amazing...talented, beautiful, poised, and very smart! They performed a fitness routine together, as well as did their own ninety second talent routine, answered questions in their evening gowns, and they shined throughout!!!
I finally got a chance to post some photos of the evening. Congrats to all of the young women, and I hope that I can take photos again next year!

Back to Work!

About a week and a half ago, I had surgery, and I've finally started to feel well enough to come back to work today! While I was recovering, friends from work & home dropped by & sent goodies to speed up my recovery. It was so nice to see the flowers as I was resting and spending time at home. (And I was really happy to be able to eat the snacks too!!!)
Hopefully I will get my energy back up to where it used to be soon. I have a lot of things I want to accomplish in these next few weeks!!!

Announcing Baby Andrew!!!

One of my best friends & sisters, Paula, and her wonderful husband, Mike, just had their new baby boy yesterday morning! I was so excited to be able to go and visit such a new baby. He looked so peaceful and so tiny! My mom and I are so excited for them to welcome baby Andrew to the farm & his handsome new nursery! He will definately be "in charge!!!"

Rebekah & Alex's Wedding

We had an amazing time at Rebekah & Alex's wedding this past Saturday. I was so amazed when I arrived at Rebekah's parent's house, and all of the bridesmaids were practically ready to go! We got started on photos early, and the entire day went so well & was so relaxed! Rebekah looked absolutely amazing, and I could tell the first second I saw Alex, that he was estatic to be marrying his beautiful bride in just a few hours.
Their reception took place at Wakefield Valley Golf Course, which was so beautiful with the vaulted ceilings in the reception hall, and made for some beautiful dancing photos!
Be sure to check out my flickr site for even more photos of their special day!
Congratulations Rebekah & Alex & I can't wait to hear about how wonderful Antigua was!!! Have a pina colada for us & we'll see you when you get back!!!
