Kitchen Photo Project

Matt & I finally got the time to put up some photos in our kitchen that have been sitting on the dining room table for quite some time now. It took so long, because we had to measure perfectly between each frame so that it looks right all together. It really makes our kitchen look "finished" now!

My Wedding Photos on Premier Bride Site!

I found out earlier this week that some of the photos that I took of Michele & Darren's wedding are posted on Premier Bride's website as a Maryland Featured Wedding. Their wedding will also be featured in the printed magazine, which I believe, is scheduled to be printed and distributed in January 2009!!! I was really excited to have my photos featured on the site for their wedding at Ripken Stadium!

Christmas at TU

I took some photos of the giant tree on Towson's campus last week with all LED lights lit up just as the sun was going down. It was so beautiful, especially with the clouds in the sky.
Matt & I put LED lights on our real tree in the front picture window in our house. I was excited to have a real tree this year. There's something about walking into your home and smelling that fresh tree smell that really puts you in a good mood! :) The LED lights are amazing. They were more expensive that the other lights, but totally worth the money. They don't get hot, and they're a lot brighter...they almost seem to glisten on the tree!

Marathon Cookie Weekend

This past weekend, my mom and I had a cookie baking marathon and baked 12 different batches of cookies. I think I'm really getting in to the Christmas spirit now!

(And yes mom, I had to post the photo of the two of us!)

Happy Holidays to all!!!

Missing Fall Weather

I finally got around to printing some photos for Matt & my house, as our kitchen walls have been bare since we've moved in.
My mom and I went to Baugher's Restaurant in Westminster this fall, and I snapped hundreds of photos of the delicious looking produce outside in the bins. These are the nice images I decided to print & put in frames on our kitchen wall. I'll have to post a photo of the finished product once I get them all framed, matted, and hung!!!
On a side note, I'm ready for spring, summer, or fall weather again. It was so cold this weekend!!! We got a Christmas tree and decorated it, so it's looking like winter in our house, as well as feeling like it!!!

Sarah's Senior Portraits

This past Sunday, I photographed Sarah's senior portraits on her grandparent's farm. Her dad even brought over "Gorgeous" for a few shots (the beautiful cow!!!)
Even thought it was incredibly windy, we all survived, and ended up getting some amazing photos. Sarah has beautiful brown eyes...and I think I captured her personality pretty well with these photos. Can't wait to post some more, but these are just a few of the ones that stood out at me!

Firefighter

The weekend I photographed Cheyanne's senior portraits, I also took some photos of Wayne, who is a paramedic for the Pleasant Valley Fire Company. I was looking back through some of the recent photos I took, and this one caught my eye. He was my lighting helper for the day!!!
